Hyper Pressure V Type Grinder
Hyper Pressure V Type Grinder is elaborately designed by our grinder engineers through the customer's production requirement and actual using experience, and also is a kind of new type high performance grinding equipment. Comparing with the traditional trapezium grinder and high pressure supension grinder, it has many advatages. It is widely used in glass, rubber, pesticide, porcelain enamel, paint, phosphate fertilizer and paper making, etc chemical industry. And it is used for grinding the Moh's hardness is below 7, humidity is 6% and non-flammable, non-explosive materials like talcum, barite, calcite, limestone, manganese ore, iron ore, ore, quartz, gypsum, bentonite, etc.
Working Principle:
After reducing driving force of the main motor by the gear reducer, when the drive center axis and the quincunx rack fixed on the center axis revolve, under the centrifugal force the roller revolves around the center axis, at the same time parallel swing around the shaft, making the roller compress out side to the ring, thus ensure that the roller and ring has maximum surface contace. At the same time the roller self revolves around the roller shaft, making the material scooped up by the shovel blade to grind, after grinding the powder blew to upper part of the mainframe, the separating by the separator, too coarse powder drops to the grinding room to re-grind, the qualified powder airflows into the cyclone powder collector, through the discharging pipe is qualified product.
Equipment advantages:
Roller Assembly of the Hyper-pressure V type grinder is composed of roller sleeve, roller shaft, roller shaft and bearing. Roller sleeve is double tube structure: through the uper and lower two bearing the right tube installs roller shaft and roller, the left tube installs the shaft of roller, the two ends are vertically fixed on the upper part and the lower part of the quincunx rack.
Technical Advantages:
1.New technique (quincunx rack and V type roller device), can directly change the centrifugal force into the grinding force, that is to say centrifugal force equals grinding force, and also the roller parallel swings around the vertical shaft, making the roller compact to the ring, thus ensure that the roller and ring has maximum surface contact, the capacity can be increased 40% .
2.The separator adopts two types according to the final product fineness, one adopts blade type (80-325 mesh), the other adopts mouse type (200-1250mesh).
3.Air conveying and final product collecting system all changes negative pressure, secondary high efficient powder catcher makes final product’s collecting more thoroughly.
4.Advanced and reasonable structure; highly low equipment’s vibration; low noise; stable mechanical operation and reliable performance.
